Tree House

Our backyard is not flat.  There is nowhere to put a swing set.  So we decide to build a treehouse, in....a...tree.... Oh my.  Just my the boys need.  But Ty is super excited.

Ty's end of School Year Program

It is so hard to believe Ty's first year in school is over.  What a year of learning.  He started out screaming when I dropped him off and now he can't stop talking about his friends and how much fun he had when I come to pick him up.  I am so grateful for Mrs. Kasir and Mrs. Ayers.  They were wonderful with Ty this year.  He as definitely grown.

Water Day!

How much fun!

Today the kids got to go outside and have water day at school.  Sprinklers, paints, water buckets, squirt guns, and POPSICLES!

Ty is not a fan of the sprinklers.  He just doesn't like the water in his face.

But he loves to play with Maddie in the water bins!

Who doesn't love a good Popsicle? What a great way to end a school day.     

Luke's First Year in Heaven

So today, Ty and I went to send you messages in heaven.  He picked green balloons because they are his favorite color and he thought it could be your favorite color too.  I hope you enjoyed your cards.  Ty wrote his name and your name on his card all by his self. I sent you a special message.  I hope it made you smile.  

Luke has a friend in heaven.  Annabelle.  We visit her while we are visiting Luke.  Ty wanted to send her a flower in heaven, because according to him, girls like flowers.  So we picked a flower (if you look hard, you can see the yellow flower we tied to the string, the stem is real long), tied it to the balloon and sent it to sweet Annabelle.  I'm sure she enjoyed it.  

Logan's First Month

Whew...I had almost forgot how much work a newborn was....but Logan was sure to remind me.  She is such a good baby.  Breastfeeding is going well. Not having to supplement at all.  You go girl, and me!  Becuase I am such a lucky girl, my mom and dad have come over at night to help and my sister has come some too.  They stayed up with her through the night and I just had to wake for the feedings.  Wow. What 3 straight hours of sleep will do for ya.  Logan has started sleeping for a longer period of time only if she is laying on my chest.  Let's just say, we have spent many a nights on the couch sleeping.  

So here are her 2 week stats:
Height: 23 1/2 inches
Weight: 9lbs 3oz
Head: 14 3/4
