8 months

Wow! I am late on this post. When your child is sick, every little task seems so much harder. I have been to this page numerous times to work on it, something else always gets in the way. So here are some 8 months stats:
Wearing 12 month clothes (somethings in 18 month)

Size 3-31/2 shoes (bought walking shoes at stride rite...hello price tag)

Size 4 diapers ( still can fit in size 3 but size 4 hold more pee at night and Ty seems to wet through his diaper ALOT)

Weighing in around 22lbs.

Sitting really well.

Can not sit up on his own from lying down.

Will NOT crawl (looks like a fish out of water)

Has 4 teeth that has broken the gums (top 2 and bottom 2)

Has 2 teeth peeking at us (his eye teeth)

Has started biting (and I mean leaving bruises on me!)

LOVES the water--any kind-pool, bath, lake...he'll go with any of them.

I am still amazed at how much I love this little boy. Words just cant describe.

Ok..so a funny story....I took Ty to work the other day and took his Bumbo so he would sit and not go anywhere while I got some things done. Well, I sat him on his Daddy's desk where he has magazines and papers stacked all around. I made a spot in the middle and plopped Ty there. Within 10 seconds EVERY MAGAZINE AND PIECE OF PAPER WERE ON THE FLOOR AND HE HAD A BUSINESS CARD IN HIS MOUTH. I put an important piece of paper behind him so he would not mess with it. He somehow was able to turn all the way around in his bumbo and get that paper. I told him NO NO 3 times. he just looked at me and grabbed it again everytime. I then took my finger and waved it back and forth and said NO NO much more stern and gave him a "mean" face. He then proceded to laugh and smile as he did it again. oh boy....when does time out start? I can tell I am going to be pushed to the edge.

Here are a few pics from his 8 month portfolio!
